Shipping
If you are ordering soap that is 'ready now' together with soap that is currently curing or a custom loaf, your order will be sent together once all your soap is ready to ship.
If you'd like your 'ready now' soaps to come in a separate shipment, please put these through as a separate order.

All orders will be sent through Australia Post within 3 working days following payment. You will receive an email with the tracking number so that you may track your order online.
Estimated time for delivery is 2-7 working days.

Custom soap loaves require a minimum 4 week turnaround. Orders which require personalisation such as custom stamping or packaging will attract a longer wait time so as to allow the receipt of items and equipment (such as soap stamps) from third parties.

Refunds/Cancellations/Damages
If you change your mind about your order we are happy to cancel for a full refund, as long as we are notified by email prior to your order being dispatched. Once your order has been sent, there can be no cancellations or alterations to your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, Florelise Soapery does not offer change of mind returns or exchanges due to not liking a products colour, aroma or if you ordered the wrong product. However if you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can confirm the fault or defect. We may request that faulty items be sent back to us for investigation, so please don't dispose of any product.
If your item is faulty, defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we will refund or replace, as per your request.
